POST 7 >> "YOUR FAVORITE BOOK"
Hi, here's Nessa, again!!!
Well, the topic this week is "my favorite book". For a long time, my favorite author was Johanna Lindsey. I love that her novels are intertextual among them. Is like her book was a huge novel that you can enjoy for a long time. I love the intertext some type of things, like the books or the series.
My favorite type of books is romantic novels, with humor and a slight touch of mischief. They do not usually have a lot of depth. I enjoy reading novels and evading reality for a while. Although I must admit that I have not done it for a long time.
It's hard to decide which is my favorite book ... There are several novels that I really love. But I think I could say it's "Gentle Rogue." It is the first or second book by Johanna Lindsey that I read. It is the 3rd book in the Mallory saga and tells the story of a girl who wants to rush home and ends up boarding the first ship to Europe, camouflaged as a cabin boy... of a pirate ship. All this in the 1800s or something like that, I think.
Honestly, I do not remember which is the last book I read. Above all, out of the race. Because if so, the book is "University Physics" and I do not know if I recommend it. Maybe it was "Hannibal Rising" by Thomas Harris or "Blue Dahlia" by Nora Roberts, both recommended completely.
